How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
- To operate and improve the website — understanding which content is most useful, identifying technical issues, and improving site performance.
- To send newsletters and lead magnets — if you subscribed, we send you the content you requested and periodic HVAC tips and product recommendations. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- To respond to contact form submissions — to answer your questions or address your feedback.
- To display personalized advertising — Google AdSense uses your browsing data to show relevant ads (you can opt out — see Section 6).
- To earn affiliate commissions — Amazon and other affiliate networks track clicks on our links to attribute qualifying purchases (see Section 7).
- To comply with legal obligations — such as responding to valid legal requests or enforcing our Terms of Use.
- To detect and prevent fraud or abuse — protecting the integrity of our site and our readers.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects.
Who We Share Data With
Service providers we share data with:

- Email service provider (e.g., Mailchimp, ConvertKit, MailerLite) — stores subscriber email addresses and names for newsletter delivery.
- Google LLC — via Google Analytics (site usage data) and Google AdSense (advertising). See Section 6.
- Amazon Services LLC — via the Amazon Associates Program. See Section 7.

We may also disclose information:
- To comply with a legal obligation, court order, or government request.

- In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or substantially all assets of our business — in which case you will be notified via a prominent notice on this website.

Google AdSense & Analytics
Google Analytics: We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand how visitors use our website. GA4 collects data such as pages visited, time on site, device type, and geographic region. This data is aggregated and anonymized — we cannot identify individual users from Analytics reports.
IP anonymization: We have enabled IP anonymization in Google Analytics. Your full IP address is never stored by Google Analytics in connection with our property.
You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking across all websites by installing the Google Analytics Opt-Out Browser Add-On.
Google AdSense: We use Google AdSense to display advertisements on this website. Google AdSense uses cookies (including the IDE and NID cookies) to serve ads based on your prior visits to this website and other sites. This is known as interest-based or personalized advertising.
To opt out of personalized advertising from Google, visit google.com/settings/ads or install the Google Ads Settings opt-out.
For more information on how Google processes data, see Google’s Privacy Policy and How Google uses data from sites that use Google services.
Amazon Associates Tracking
How Amazon tracking works: When you click an Amazon affiliate link on our website, Amazon places cookies (including session-id and ubid-main) on your device. These cookies allow Amazon to identify that you arrived from our site and attribute any qualifying purchase to our affiliate account within the 24-hour cookie window (or 90 days if the item is added to your cart).
What data Amazon collects from your interaction is governed entirely by Amazon’s Privacy Notice. AirConditionSolve does not receive or store any personal data about you from Amazon — we only receive aggregate commission reports.
Your cost: Amazon affiliate tracking has zero effect on the price you pay. You pay the same Amazon price whether or not you arrive via our link.
Other affiliate networks: If we use other affiliate networks in addition to Amazon (such as ShareASale or CJ Affiliate), each network’s own privacy policy governs their data collection. We will update this section if and when additional affiliate programs are added.
Third-Party Links
AirConditionSolve.com contains links to external websites operated by third parties, including Amazon.com, manufacturer websites, YouTube, and other resources. This Privacy Policy applies only to AirConditionSolve.com.
We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or data practices of any third-party websites. When you click a link and leave our site, we encourage you to review the privacy policy of that destination website before submitting any personal information.
The presence of a link to a third-party website does not constitute our endorsement of that website or its privacy practices.
Children’s Privacy (COPPA)
AirConditionSolve complies with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA, 15 U.S.C. §§ 6501–6506). We do not knowingly collect, use, or disclose personal information from children under 13 years of age.
If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take immediate steps to delete that information. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately at [email protected] and we will delete the information promptly.
EU note: Under GDPR, the age of digital consent varies by EU member state (13–16 years). If you are under the applicable age of digital consent in your country, please do not use this website without parental consent.
